Frequently Asked Questions About Our

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an escape room game?

An escape room game is the latest craze sweeping the nation! You and your team get locked in a fully-themed escape room that’s filled with clues and puzzles for you to find and solve. You have just one hour to escape the room, can you escape before time runs out?

How do I book an escape room?

Our escape rooms must be booked online. Please visit our Book Now page to book your escape room challenge.

How many people are allowed in an escape room?

Each room varies. Please click here to see the list our escape rooms and the amount of participants permitted in each. Please note that you are not required to book the entire room, however if you do not book the entire room there is a possibility you will play with other people.

How old do I have to be to participate?

Participants should be 18 or over. Players under the age of 18 may participate if the group books the entire escape room and has at least one adult present.

Is there anyone who should not participate in the escape room games?

If you wear a pacemaker, you should not participate in our Prison Break escape room. Please note that The Apartment escape challenge requires some physical activity, so if you are not prepared for that please choose another escape room.

What should I bring with me?

Just your problem-solving skills! You will not need any tools or materials to complete the escape room game.

What can I expect on the day of my escape room game?

A heart-pounding challenge that’s fun for everyone! When you come in for your escape room game, our staff will check your group in. We ask that you use the restroom prior to playing so you don’t lose out on any play time. Your group will be escorted into the room you chose, given a brief introduction to the room and the rules of the game, and then you and your team will have just 1 hour to escape the room!

What if our team gets stuck? Are there clues?

Yes! One of our escape game masters will be supervising your play via surveillance. If you get stuck and need a clue, simply hold up the clue card to the camera and a clue will appear on the TV screen in the escape room. You are allowed 3 clues per escape game - use them wisely!

What if we need to get out of the room for an emergency?

Not to worry - each room has an emergency exit.

Are we allowed to use our phones or take pictures inside the escape rooms?

No. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited inside the escape rooms. Don’t worry - Google can’t help you with these challenges anyway 😉

Are the escape rooms scary or horror-themed?

No. All of our escape rooms are focused on the fun challenge of solving puzzles and finding clues to escape the room. Your heart might be pounding as the time ticks away, but there’s nothing to fear!
